We have been investing in the buy-out sector since 2004.  With €105 million under management our focus is on special situations, restructuring and turnaround investments mainly in France.  We invest up to €20 million to take controlling stakes in companies with enterprise values of up to €50 million.

Our aim is to realise the full potential of our investments by backing proven and committed management teams who take equity positions in their companies.  If required we use our operational expertise working with management to implement the agreed strategy.

Our team of 8 comprises 2 partners, an operations director and an investment manager together with senior advisors who together bring the right mix of skills required to deal with special situations.  These include:
