<p>Development funding committed in April 2004. Mistral entered a joint development agreement with PI Renewables (PIR), a Scottish developer with prior experience in the renewable sector, giving it access to three high quality projects totaling over 100MW. PIR recently got consent for its Tormywheel project.</p>
