<p>Development funding commited in November 2003.<br />A development team of ten professionals focusing on England and Wales, YEL is working with Mistral on the creation of a 200MW of operating wind farms.<br />In early 2004, YEL successfully sold an 8MW consented park in Scotland and achieved planning consent for a 40 MW of projects in England. Another 200MW await planning approval.</p>
