Compobaie is a producer of pre-fabricated window units for the French residential housing market. It had 10 production sites and turnover of €35m in 2007.The fall in the housing market led the company into administration in November 2008. Platina Participations bought Compobaie's assets from the French courts to form Compobaie Solutions, and will refocus the business on its core markets, with four production sites and by retaining 165 jobs.
