BuyoutsWe focus on UK and French businesses, primarily in the business services and manufacturing sectors. We invest in MBOs, MBIs and special situations such as turnarounds. We typically commit €5-20 million of equity for controlling stakes in companies with an enterprise value of up to €50 million.

Renewable EnergyRenewable energy Our principal focus is on European renewable energy projects and companies involved at all stages from development through to operation. We typically commit €1-3 million at the development stage and up to €50 million of equity in the construction and operational stages of projects based on proven technologies (wind, biomass, solar).
